Artist Bio

Meet Mel Incarnate - a self-titled “tranny pop-star” working to get “big tits to match (her) ass.” Mel channels her pain into music as she navigates sobriety, early stages of transition, abuse trauma in Alabama, using horror inspired lyrics and synths to help unfold her brain into melody. With vengeance out for her abusers, she mesmerizes audiences with her no-holds-barred performance style and lyrics. Mel can’t help but own all of her shame through honesty, humor and a touch of chaos. At the height of COVID-19 in New York City, writing collaborator Tor Miller (@tormillermusic) and producer Jack Hoffman (BAD the band) worked to ignite Mel’s vision and created her universe in early 2021. This summer, Mel plans on covering queer nightlife hotspots like Rosemont Night Club and 3 Dollar Bill with performances in anticipation of her EP release.
