–Atwood Magazine“On the meditative track, Baxley combines the bluey and ethereal sounds of Hozier and Lewis Capaldi while maintaining a stunning simplicity”
“Featuring gentle, evocative instrumentation supporting Baxley’s coarse voice as he engages in pensive reflection of life’s most trying and painful moments.”
“He is a musical nomad that tells his tales in his music and his tales are some of the most fascinating you will hear.”
“Baxley’s muddied, molasses-soaked vocals make the most immediate impression, evoking the sound of someone worldly-wise and wizened.”
